Dan is a boutique defamation lawyer who doesn’t charge a boutique firm’s rate. That is to say he dedicated himself to my case and it seemed as though I was his only client at times, although I was not. Dan Ernst helped save my 143 year old Newspaper from a wave of libelous attacks from political extremists who wanted the newspaper shut down. Dan was prompt and his motions were well thought-out.
